SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTO SHIPPING TO HAWAII

Hawaii is the state of islands. So carrying your vehicle from one island to another or to mainland U.S. is expensive. But Ship Hawaii provides a cost effective solution to all Hawaiian. But shipping from Hawaii has some special requirements than other state of U.S.do not have. These are:

1. You need to have the proof of ownership (original titles and registration). Ship Hawaii will copy these documents and return the original documents. Ship Hawaii authorities cannot accept a vehicle in Hawaii without accompanied by a document of ownership and a current certificate of registration.

2. If you want to ship a vehicle but you are not the owner, you must bring a notarized letter of authorization from the owner. If the vehicle is co-owned, the signature of both owners is required.

3. If your vehicle is co-owned; both owners must be present at delivery moment. But if only one owner is present, a notarized authorization letter is required from the absent owner.

4. If your vehicle is currently financed or leased then you might be required to bring a letter from the lien holder granting permission to ship the vehicle.

The state of Hawaii is very strict about these rules and regulations, any exception of these are not allowed.
